Intravenous (IV) fluids deliver fluids directly into the bloodstream to quickly treat dehydration, support blood pressure, and help flush toxins. They are often a key part of stabilizing a sick pet.
X-rays let us quickly look for broken bones, swallowed objects, and problems in the chest and abdomen, so we can make fast treatment decisions. Learn more about radiology.
Point-of-care ultrasound is a quick, focused scan done right at your pet's side to look for problems such as internal bleeding or fluid buildup. Learn more about ultrasound.
For pets in critical condition, a blood transfusion can be life-saving. We offer blood transfusions to help stabilize pets who have lost blood or whose bodies cannot make enough healthy blood cells.
Before a transfusion, we run lab tests to understand your pet's condition. During the transfusion, your pet is closely monitored by our team. We'll keep you updated every step of the way and answer any questions you have.
